Copyright and takedowns

Send a takedown notice

Use this form if a page on The Laser Workshop uses your copyrighted work without permission. It takes a few minutes, and a person reads every notice.

1. About you

So we can reach you if we have questions. We only use this to handle your notice.

If you're acting for someone else, tell us who owns the rights.

Add a phone number or a mailing address (or both).

2. Your work

Tell us what was copied.

For example: a vector design called “Maple Leaf Coaster” that I published on my site on June 3.

A link to your original, if it's online.

3. Where it appears here

Paste the address of each page on The Laser Workshop that has your work, one per line.

Use the full address, such as https://thelaserworkshop.com/projects/maple-coasters. Up to 20 pages.

4. Statements

These are required by U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)).

Type your full legal name. It works as your signature.

Knowingly sending a false notice can make you liable for damages. If you only want to report something that isn't a copyright issue, please use the report button on the page instead.
